Shipping Policy

The weight of the order and the distance of the location determine shipping rate.

Our delivery representative will contact before and during delivery. The customer should be available to receive during the time agreed. Failure to do so, will lead to cancellation.

Customers outside valley may need to visit the nearest branch of the courier company to pickup their order.

International customers may be subjected to pay an import tax for premium shipping depending on their countries import policies. Shop Ratna Online will not be liable to pay any import tax on the customer’s behalf. Please refer to the following link or visit the relevant site for your country before making a purchase.

Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day refund from the date of payment.

The customer is required to bring their order along with the invoice at our office to seek a refund. Customers outside valley or Nepal will require parceling the product at their own expense.

Returns rejected if product is worn, damaged or used. Change of mind is also not approved.

Order Processing Time

All orders received before 4 pm, Sunday-Friday is processed on the same day. Orders received beyond this time will be processed the following day. Orders are not processed on a Saturday. 

We always try to expedite shipping and ensure faster delivery as per the committed delivery timeline.

Orders for product fulfilled by vendor will depend on their ability to submit it on time.

We will strive to deliver most of the products, as per the committed timeline and in case of any deviations to the timeline, we will contact you through your registered e-mail id/phone.

Cancellation Policy

The customer is allowed to cancel their order any time prior to the order being disptached.

Shop Ratna Online will cancel any unpaid orders automatically after three business days. Any payments made after cancellation will be fully refunded.
