Shipping Policy

The weight of the order and the distance of the location determine shipping rate.

Our delivery representative will contact before and during delivery. The customer should be available to receive during the time agreed. Failure to do so, will lead to cancellation.

Customers outside valley may need to visit the nearest branch of the courier company to pickup their order.

Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 7-day refund from the date of payment.

The customer is required to bring their order along with the invoice at our office to seek a refund. Customers outside valley or Nepal will require parceling the product at their own expense.

Returns rejected if product is worn, damaged or used. Change of mind is also not approved.

Order Processing Time

For inside valley, delivery is completed next day to 3 days depending on the option you choose at checkout. For outside valley, delivery can take from 3-6 days.

Any orders received after business hours will be processed the following day and delivery time will count from the day order is processed and not when received.

For instance, an order received at Saturday 8:00 PM with next day selected as delivery option and Sunday is a public holiday, delivery is made on Tuesday only.

We strive to deliver most of the products, as per the committed timeline and in case of any deviations to the timeline, we will contact you through your registered e-mail id/phone.

For store pickup, our representative will contact the customer when the order is ready.

Cancellation Policy

The customer is allowed to cancel their order any time prior to the order being dispatched.
